Welcome to Aerial Imaging Solutions. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

1. Services
 Aerial Imaging Solutions provides professional drone photography and videography services for commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential purposes. All services are subject to availability and may be customized based on client requirements.
 
2. Service Agreements & Bookings
All services must be scheduled in advance. A service agreement or confirmation is required prior to the start of any project. Aerial Imaging Solutions reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, airspace restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
 
 3. Payment Terms
 Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may be subject to fees. A deposit may be required to secure scheduling.
 
 4. Cancellation & Refunds
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Aerial Imaging Solutions based on the nature of the service and circumstances.
 
 5. Flight Restrictions & Safety
All flights are conducted in accordance with both FAA and local laws and regulations. Aerial Imaging Solutions reserves the right to cancel or postpone any flight due to safety concerns, restricted zones, or client-provided locations that are non-compliant with airspace laws.
 
 6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate site information, securing necessary permissions for private property access, and ensuring a safe environment for drone operations. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
 
 7. Image Rights & Usage
All images and video footage captured by Aerial Imaging Solutions remain the property of Aerial Imaging Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized resale or redistribution is prohibited.
 
 8. Limitation of Liability
Aerial Imaging Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
 
 9. Privacy
Client information is collected and used solely for the purpose of delivering services. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent.
 
 10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Louisiana.
